• Returns are accepted for store credit or exchanges only. No refunds will be processed.

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your garments.

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with tags, charms, and bows intact, and free from odors, smoke, or signs of wear.

• Items with signs of wear, including deodorant, perfumes, or damage, will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Final Sale Items: Bodysuits, lingerie sets, panties, bath products, bridal garments, hosiery, adhesive items, body accessories, pleasure items, and all clearance or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders require 4–6 weeks for processing and delivery. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every detail is handled with care to provide the exceptional service you deserve.
